Our company produces "THE BEST" site maps in the business for RV Park Resort & Campgrounds, Fairgrounds, College Campuses, Marinas, Presentation Folders for Real Estate Agencies, Amusement Parks, Hotels & Motels and Assisted Living Facilities and other specialty products.
Our sales associates are "THE BEST" and are the highest paid in the industry. Our team represents "THE BEST" establishments in 48 states.
On-the-job training will be available by your Sales Manager for a sufficient period of time to insure your success. There is a $300 deposit required for; training, the starter kit of forms, samples, success manual and business cards. All of our sales associates are bonded due to the nature of our business. The cost per year is $100 for bonding and your first year is included in the initial $300.
In our agreement with the establishment, it is required that the sales associate be given the use of a complimentary site at the campground for up to two weeks for the purpose of doing the layout and contacting local businesses.
The product is provided at no charge to the establishment for a period of one year at a time. We will train you to calculate how many brochures are required annually and we will provide full instructions to you on how to sign up accounts and sell advertising.
We will provide you with a "Success Manual" that contains proprietary information on being successful in this field. In the manual is a cost sheet to help you determine the actual cost of a job. The minimum print per job is 3,000 brochure copies.
Our only restrictions are that you commit to working a minimum of 6 jobs per year. This means you may work full time or part time as you wish.
When is pay day?
- Your job should be sent to the office within 72 hours of completion. Your commission earned on the cash received with the job is sent to you within 5 banking days of receipt of the completed job in the office.
- All accounts receivable will be billed after your job is received in the office with statements sent from the office. As monies are received they are credited to your account. Checks will be issued 10 business days within the 1st and 15th, which is the end of each accounts receivable period.
- Your checks can be sent to you or directly deposit to your bank providing you supply us with deposit slips.
The services and supplies we provide at no cost to you are as follows:
- Full Proof (Front & Back) for review by you and the establishment by email or hard copy.
- Prepaid freight on all deliveries to the establishment.
- A sample and thank you letter sent to each individual advertiser.
- Thank You cards for you to send to each individual advertiser.
- Establishment contacted every 90 days with a Good Will Call.
- Messaging service for you to receive follow up calls from advertisers and establishments that call our 800 number.
- Southeast Publications USA, Inc. business cards.
- Southeast Publications USA, Inc. business forms to work jobs and obtain additional establishments.
- Specialty gift items provided to the establishments with initial shipments.
- Monthly In-Site newsletter, designed exclusively for sales associates.
- Company e-mail address
