Southeast Publications USA, inc. was started in 1986 by a group of people with many years of experience and who are committed to this industry.
Our office associates and sales associates, along with our management team, are dedicated to providing "THE BEST" campground, marina, airport, college,
and fairground site maps in the marketplace and our sales associates are among the highest paid in the industry with a the highest commission rate in the industry.
Our corporate headquarters is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and we are members of the Broward County Chamber of Commerce and many national, regional,
and State associations throughout the country. The primary reason we are the industry leader in site map publishing, is our team of sales associates.
You work where you want throughout the USA with no sales quotas to meet and no schedule imposed upon you. We only ask that you
attend one of our annual company meetings, one on the east coast and the other on the west coast. Your attendance is at your
option.
Some of the services provided to you at no cost by Southeast Publications USA, inc. include: Prepaid freight on the order
delivered to the client, a sample site map and letter sent to each individual advertiser, full-color thank you cards for you to
send to each individual advertiser, gifts provided to clients throughout the year, full proof (front and back) for review by you
and the establishment, monthly newsletter and business cards. We also contact establishments every 90 days with a goodwill call.
Your total out of pocket expenses to join our team, become trained and start selling is just $300.00. That covers all
administrative and training costs, your sales manual and your annual bonding fee for the first year.* You will be trained in the
field by one of our sales managers.
All of our agreements with campgrounds provide for a complimentary campsite for approximately two weeks while you contact
local businesses and create or revise their advertisement on the site map. And - when is payday? Your commission, paid on cash
received is sent directly to you or your bank five working days after the company receives the job. There are no hidden or
additional charges!
